About our editor:
Mark Haber, born and raised in Seaford, NY, is the creator of the Haber Family website. Mark thought this is a good way to keep family members in touch in spite of their busy lives. Mark is recently remarried and he and his wife, Maria, reside on Long Island with her two sons. The boys think of themselves as honorary Habers. Mark has four daughters who reside in the same community. Mark's girls are the inspiration of this website.
Sy and Ettie had 3 children. Bruce, Mark & Wayne. Wayne died in 1978 at the age of 18, may he rest in peace. Sy and Ettie divorced later in life, Sy got remarried to a Woman named Jeanne, who had a daughter named Marjorie. Marjorie married a man named Steve. Marjorie and Steve had 2 daughters. Bruce married a wonderful woman named Jill, who had 2 beautiful daughters, sort of like the Brady bunch, minus a few. Mark married a girl named Linda , had 4 beautiful daughters, Melinda, Brooke, Kimberly & Alyssa. Mark and Linda recently divorced due to irreconcilable differences.
Mark was recently remarried to a beautiful woman named Maria, who has 2 wonderful sons and a dog named Tugger.

Our branch of the
Haber family started when Seymour "Sy" Haber and Eleanor "Ettie" Rosen met
at a gathering in Williamsburg Brooklyn, the year was 1943. They were
married in Mississippi in April 1945 while Sy was in the US Navy.
